A LOT – and when I say a lot, I mean a lot – has been happening over the last few months. I suspect you’ve noticed.

I can’t quite believe how quickly and by how much society has changed. But you can learn all about that by folks better qualified than I to comment, so I’ll concentrate my wanderings on things that concern me. Like my book. Or my podcast. Or something equally remarkable; the opportunity to star in an episode of the pod yourself.

Yes, you heard that right. For, in a new development from Hammond Towers – and we do occasionally have some great ideas, you know – you now have the opportunity to be interviewed by me and your conversation recorded, edited, spruced up, splashed with cologne, layered with makeup, dazzled by footlights, branded with the title track and sent to you via the wonders of modern technology to share with your friends, family, and those you wish to gloat over.

I am ready and waiting to personally interview you about your life and loves, from great places you’ve visited, people you’ve met, cigars you’ve smoked and more. It’s a terrific gift idea for that man or woman who has everything; an opportunity to reflect, take a step back, pause and cogitate on your life and adventures so far. It’s something we don’t do enough in the modern world.

It’s a simple enough procedure to purchase your own pod, and you can find an in-depth explanation of how it all works elsewhere on this site (link below). But basically, you simply first need to get in touch to express your interest. Once you’re satisfied you’d like to go ahead – either as yourself as the special guest, or a friend or relative – you’ll be directed to a secure online payment site. As soon as payment is completed, I’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient time to talk. You’ll also need to complete a short questionnaire to ensure I have a few starting points from which to begin our conversation.

If this is intended as a gift, we’re happy to send you an explanatory voucher note, which you can include in a car. And you can leave the rest to us. The interview is recorded and then edited, and we’ll even include title and closing track music, just as we would with our regular pod.

We’ll send the finished product securely to you online – and you’re free to do with it what you wish, from sending on to friends and family, to publishing it via social media or your own website etc.
