Around the world in 80 cigars

DO you enjoy listening to Around The World In 80 Cigars – The Podcast?

Have you already read Around The World In 80 Cigars – the book?

Are you looking for a unique and memorable gift for the man or woman in your life who loves interesting people, places and predicaments – and, of course, cigars – but has everything else he or she wants?

Then look no further. Now you have the opportunity to secure a truly memorable and lasting gift.

Nick Hammond, presenter of the podcast, author of the best-selling book and world-respected journeyman writer, is willing to interview you – or your chosen friend or relative – personally and in depth to create your very own unique and bespoke podcast episode.

Your pod – just like the regular episodes, which have attracted in excess of 5,000 listeners in more than 50 countries around the globe – will feature a personal introduction by Nick, intro and outro music and will be yours, to keep, forever. You can send it to friends and relatives, put it up on your social media and websites, or simply keep it as a memento to return to over the years.

How it Works

  1. After simple and secure online payment via PayPal*, you will be directed to a short information questionnaire, which will help Nick and his team build a useful profile on the lucky special guest. This will form the basis of his interview and the subsequent podcast, so remember to include as much information as you can; personality, character, likes and dislikes, memories, quirky stories, the cigars he or she loves or dislikes, family and friend circle and anything else you think of that would add colour and flavour to the episode. You will receive confirmation via email and a personalised note which you can print and give as part of the gift will be sent to the lucky guest, explaining the episode and how it all works.
* If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal

  1. Once the guest has gotten in touch via email, we will agree between us a date and time for the interview. Each bespoke episode will run between 30 and 60 minutes, and will be conducted via Zoom audio, so access to a Zoom compatible device will be required.

  1. On the agreed date and time, Nick will personally be in touch to conduct the interview – just as he has with the other amazing guests from around the world that have so far starred on the pod.

  1. Once the interview is over, we will begin crafting it into a unique episode. When it is ready, you will be sent a special download link. That’s it! The pod is yours to do with as you wish.

In a bid to keep you entertained during these trying times, Nick has ramped up his latest project; welcome to Around The World In 80 Cigars – The Podcast. A flying visit to special people and places, this new pod will enlighten you with interesting folk, beautiful and inspirational places, unusual food, drink, jobs and craftsmanship – and all of it trailed by the aromatic waft of a fine cigar.
